Privacy
Beadsite respects the privacy of individuals and therefore your details will not be sold, hired or given out to any other third party. Your details will only be used to contact you regarding any queries or information about purchases. There will be no sales calls.

Prices
Our prices are calculated in British Pound Sterling and are inclusive with the exception of postage and packaging.

Shipping and Insurance
Shipping costs are calculated on the weight of your order and a small handling fee of less than £1. Due to recent losses of parcels of high value, packages over £50 will be sent Special Delivery.

For overseas orders, air mail postage and packaging is by Royal mail air mail service and is directly calculated from your order's weight plus a small handling fee that is currently £1. If you require another type of delivery, such as Fedex or DHL, please email me. Postage for parcels over £40 in value will include insurance.

Purchases outside of the United Kingdom could be subject to import duty for your Country. These fees remain the responsibility of the customer. We advise you to seek guidance from your respective Customs authorities prior to purchase.

Unfulfilled Orders
If I cannot fulfill your order exactly, a refund will be issued using the method by which you paid.

Deliveries
Beadsite has a policy of delivering the ordered product within 3 - 7 days of purchase in the UK unless I am on holiday, in which case this will be stated on the front page. Should there be any other reason that your product will not reach you within 7 days of purchase, Beadsite will e-mail you with a revised delivery date or the option to cancel your order. For orders placed before midday monday - Friday, I try my hardest to achieve "next day delivery".

All orders will only be shipped once payment has been received. Beadsite accepts credit/debit card payments, Paypal or cheques. Please note that delivery may be delayed with cheques due to the time delay in postage and clearing of these payments. Please do not send any cash in the mail. If you wish to pay by direct bank transfer (BACS), please email me for details.

Returns
Beadsite is dedicated to providing you with high quality beads and personal customer service. Therefore should you be dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within the following guidelines:

Items are refundable within 7 days of the date they were received, excluding postage costs.

The customer should return all goods:

• within the original or similar packaging
• with their address and contact details enclosed

All returns are sent back at the client's risk. I would suggest that for goods valued at £36 and under, you request at least a "proof of postage" at a Post Office before returning the items. This will allow you to make a claim from the Post office if the package goes missing in transit. For items valued at over £36 any post office will advise you about the insurance included with Special Delivery.

Once your returned item is received, your Paypal account or credit card will be credited within 48 hours or a cheque will be sent off to you within 48 hours.

None of the above will affect your statutory rights as a customer.

Faulty materials
Goods will be replaced if proven faulty in manufacture, but no liability will be accepted for consequential loss or damage of any description in respect of goods sold.  I do not guarantee the suitability of any product for any specific purpose.

Cancellation of Orders
Once an order has been placed, it may be cancelled at any time by simply filling in the online form, quoting the order name and requesting cancellation. Should the item have been despatched before cancellation was received, the refund policy will apply. This does not affect your statutory rights as a customer.

Beadsite is best contacted by using the online form. However, I can also be contacted by phone regarding purchases by calling 01224 729423 between 9am and 5pm Monday to Saturday. I may not be immediately available to answer the phone, however, if you clearly leave your name, telephone number, order description and a short message, I will contact you as soon as possible.
